No more prone to staring at the mysterious lights in the sky than any other residents, and certainly not one who knows or reports on any more than he should. The one with the most soothing voice.	Dio Brando   C    B    A    S A selfish and egotistical vampire who considers himself a god. Despite his tendency towards extravagance and showboating, he's genuinely quite intelligent and worked hard to attain his current impressive physique. The best at introductions.	Izaya Orihara   C    B    A    S A dangerous and clever man with a hearty appreciation for his own ingenuity. Easily bored and childishly petty, the world is a game for him to play, and people are the pawns to entertain him. The one who loves humans the most.
Masaomi Kida   C    B    A    S A loud and outgoing personality that does its best to appear as frivolous and carefree as possible. Carries an enormous amount of guilt due to one (in)action or another, and like all of his friends, a complete inability to communicate anything important. The most likely to laugh at his own jokes.	Mikado Ryuugamine   C    B    A    S An unassuming schoolboy who can easily be overlooked and underestimated. More ruthless than he initially appears, there's little he's not capable of for the sake of those he cares about. Also a gang leader. The one most intrigued by disaster.	Montague Navarro   C    B    A    S A gentlemen with a proper name and the most proper manners, but not the proper wealth to go along with either. Fortunately, a few scheduled accidents befell a few key relations, and the matter was soon rectified. The most easily flustered.
Nah   C    B    A    S Nowi's future daughter. Unlike her mother, she is remarkably grown up and keeps her feelings in check--especially about her weird name. She has a knack for reading people. The one with the nicest teeth. ★	Ryouta Kise   C    B    A    S A gifted model and athlete, his ability to learn unnaturally quickly both set him apart and kept him alone. Not quite as shallow as he tries to appear, and with a tendency to hide injury or hurt for the sake of a group, he's definitely not someone to underestimate. The most likely to sparkle. ♥	Sanae Hanekoma   C    B    A    S A well-intentioned man who knows more than he ever lets on. Good at making coffee, as well as being one of the few adults around capable of providing sensible (if not entirely honest) advice. Likes cats. The most skilled dissimulator.
Seijuurou Akashi   C    B    A    S Polite, controlled, and not quite as ruthless, the original personality may have lost a basketball game, but regained control of his face. While his emotional issues are far from solved, they are significantly less likely to involve gouging his eyes out over highschool sports. The one with the most secret team spirit. ♥	Tetsuya Kuroko   C    B    A    S A skilled observer who betrays few emotions, but has a strong passion for basketball, despite being physically unsuited for it. Polite, if blunt, he's capable of carrying a grudge far longer than you'd think. The most easily lost in a crowd.	Yuzuru Otonashi   C    B    A    S Though kind and willing to look for the best sides of people, it doesn't mean he's someone easy to walk over. Stubbornly determined to sacrifice himself for others, he's also technically already dead. The poorest liar. ♥

Annie Leonhart   C    B    A    S Distant and socially inexperienced, she possesses more emotion than she regularly shows. Secure enough in her abilities to not need to prove them, she's a ruthless, if effective trainer. The worst magical girl. ♥	Kamui   C    B    A    S An alien who lives purely to fight and kill the strongest. Cheerfully dismissive of anything or anyone who doesn't further this goal, the trail of bodies left in his wake could be considered exceptional. The most easily sunburnt.	Shinsuke Takasugi   C    B    A    S A terrorist samurai with a spaceship bent on world destruction. Ruthless, selfish, but oddly charismatic, he draws similar sorts to himself and serves as an effective leader. Has an eternal grudge against the series protagonist. The one with the lowest fashion sense.

Miscellaneous CR Notes:

Kise: Still in the process of trying to go a week without injury in order to win mysterious prizes. Days managed: 0. Has actually died twice since making this deal, so he's kind of going backwards here.
Akashi: ~S Support~ Both compare love to the feeling of being fatally infested by parasitic plants. Recently traded eyes. Also went on a date.
Otonashi: Talked about feelings over spicy tofu. Recently harvested his organs and sent them to unsuspecting friends, to varying levels of appreciation. Additional feeling-talks may occur.
Hanekoma: Has wings, is somehow not thrilled about having wings? Promised to not tell anyone. Also promised to kill anyone who's against wing-having.
Dio: A hilarious guy who keeps his promises. Henry has to admit that if Dio hadn't killed him, he definitely would've kept knocking him over.
Mikado: Left a lasting impression about the importance of lubrication. Mikado is also in that odd place of someone he likes well enough to find his death particularly interesting, but not so well that he was remotely upset about it. Occasionally wonders if Mikado is somehow weirder than himself.
Izaya: A swell dude who sounds a lot like his bf and is the kind of person to send him extra pictures of someone's burning corpse. Clearly an upstanding member of the community, A+ friend to make.
